Что же касается «Медиасети» (проект «Обмен»), то из входящих в него СМИ Нидерланды финансируют украинское «Громадское телевидение» и румыно-молдавский ресурс Ziarul de Garda.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
