▪️Нут замочить на 12 часов, хорошо промыть. ▪️Варить до готовности примерно 60 минут. ▪️Готовый нут измельчить в блендере, добавить яйцо и еще раз взбить вблендером. ▪️Обжарить с двух сторон на масле гхи до золотой корочки.
⭐️ у меня получилось 3 котлетки.
*Мне, к сожалению, котлетка не понравилась, но вот сыночек на радость кушал хорошо😌.
