✔️Овсянка быстрой варки 50гр., ✔️1 небольшой банан, ✔️1 яйцо, ✔️Молоко 2 ст.л., ✔️Маленькая горсть промытого изюма (по желанию). ✔️1 ч л. Растительного масла или гхи.
Приготовление:
▪️Все ингредиенты взбить блендером и выпикать на сковороде, как обычный блин. ▪️На готовый овсяноблин добавить любые фрукты и начинку, например творожок, ореховая паста, или фруктовое пюре.
