Вчера ЕС включил в список блокирующих санкций трех граждан РФ, которые предположительно осуществляли взлом компьютерной техники с целью сбора конфиденциальной информации и других данных эстонских государственных учреждений:
- Николай Корчагин; - Виталий Шевченко; - Юрий Федорович Денисов.

Вчера ЕС включил в список блокирующих санкций трех граждан РФ, которые предположительно осуществляли взлом компьютерной техники с целью сбора конфиденциальной информации и других данных эстонских государственных учреждений:

For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
