Уже по традиции мероприятие прошло в Музее космонавтики. Предстояло обсудить и решить несколько важных вопросов от ротации политсовета до избрания делегатов для участия в городской конференции партии.
Кроме того, обсудили результаты работы окружного отделения и задачи на будущее.
