Ранее Центральная избирательная комиссия сообщила, что в первый день досрочного голосования явка граждан составила 7,81 %:
— В Брестской области получили бюллетени 8,95 % граждан, в Витебской — 7,45 %, в Гомельской — 7,01 %, в Гродненской — 6,08 %, в Минской — 8,52 %, в Могилевской — 7,25 %, в Минске — 8,54 %, — привели подробности в ЦИК.
Также там добавили, что за процессом голосования в стране наблюдает 44 361 национальный наблюдатель.

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
