آخوند احمد علم‌الهدی، روز سه‌شنبه ۱۱ دی در دیدار با «اعضای بسیج قوه مقننه در مشهد» هم‌چنین گفت: «مجلس محلی است که برای انتخاب جاسوس از همه‌جا مناسب‌تر است.»
علم‌الهدی هم‌چنین گفت که «دشمن پس از ارزیابی افراد در مجلس شورای اسلامی با چندین واسطه آن‌ها را به استخدام خود در می‌آورد.» @SepehrAzadi
