Уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 2 ст. 258 УК РФ («Незаконная охота») возбудил председатель Следственного комитета РФ Александр Бастрыкин.
Напомним, 29 октября Рашкина задержали сотрудники охотохозяйства Лысогорского района Саратовской области. В автомобиле, которым управлял депутат, была обнаружена свежеосвежеванная туша лося. После чего в Госдуму поступило обращение Генпрокурора РФ о снятии с Рашкина депутатской неприкосновенности. 25 ноября депутаты Госдумы удовлетворили ходатайство прокуратуры.
