Причина этого – лишение компании лицензии на проведение работ на объектах культурного наследия. Организация обязана вернуть деньги, перечисленные ей авансом, за невыполненную часть работ. Средства сейчас находятся на казначейском счёте.
Об этом сегодня в своем телеграм-канале сообщил глава региона Роман Бусаргин. «Перед строительным блоком сейчас стоят задачи обеспечить охрану объекта, работу системы видеонаблюдения, а также провести комплекс мероприятий по консервации здания перед предстоящей зимой на время определения нового подрядчика», добавил губернатор.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
