В социальных медиа сообщается, что жительница Екатеринбурга, находившаяся на прогулке с малолетним ребенком, получила телесные повреждения вследствие нападения собаки крупной породы.
По данному факту следственными органами Следственного комитета Российской Федерации по Свердловской области возбуждено уголовное дело по ст.118 УК РФ (причинение тяжкого вреда здоровью по неосторожности).
Председатель СК России поручил и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Свердловской области Мирошниченко К.В. представить доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.

However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
