По версии следствия, 34-летний житель Рязанской области Руслан Сидики, имеющий гражданство Италии и России, устроил диверсию с помощью взрывного устройства и камеры. Кроме того, ФСБ утверждает, что в июле мужчина с помощью беспилотников атаковал военный аэродром «Дягилево».
