Представительница «Российского демократического общества в Сербии» – экономист и продюсер Анна Горелик – рассказала, что мемориал намеренно создали в тихом месте, а не стали размещать у посольства, где в прошлом году были задержания россиян.

Горелик выразила надежду, что мемориал станет постоянным местом встреч оппозиционных россиян и будет регулярно обновляться.
