В конце 2024 года завершился первый Всероссийский Акселератор в сфере судостроения и судоремонта, организованный и проведенный «Технопарком Санкт-Петербурга» совместно с Морским Техническим университетом. На участие в Акселераторе поступило 82 заявки-проекта из 25 регионов России и из Казахстана. В финал прошли 12 проектов. Из них жюри отобрало три лучших.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
