Депутаты из ЛДПР планируют повысить штраф за превышение допустимого уровня шума, производимого транспортным средством, в 40 раз.
За эксплуатацию транспортных средств с превышением уровня шума и загрязняющих веществ административный штраф увеличится до 20 тыс. рублей для водителей и до 30 тысяч рублей для должностных лиц.
Законопроект, по словам депутатов, «отвечает запросам общества на комфортную городскую среду, соблюдение тишины и покоя граждан, снижение воздействия вреда от транспортных средств».
В свою очередь вице-спикер Борис Чернышов (ЛДПР) предложил повысить налог на автомобили с громким выхлопом, а также отменить налоговые льготы на авто с модернизированной выхлопной системой.
Громким мотоциклистам и прочим гонщикам точно придется раскошелиться, если и дальше хотят ночью шуметь на районе!🤬

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
