Как заявил ее организатор Гаусулла Ачакзай, чтобы заставить Исламабад дать заднюю, принято решение перекрыть эту важнейшую южную артерию, что неизбежно ударит по двусторонней торговле, учитывая, что Пакистан - основной торговый партнер Афганистана.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
