Куратор "Международного форума добрососедства" Эрика Швенченене получила штраф в 700 евро от полиции за картинку с Владимиром Лениным, которую опубликовала в соцсетях в честь его дня рождения.
Во время слушания в Каунасском участковом суде она отметила, что известной фразой Ленина "Учиться, учиться и еще раз учиться" она хотела указать на плачевное состояние образования в Литве.
"Для меня было важно напомнить обществу, что учиться нужно всегда, и тогда, когда этот человек руководил государством, и сегодня, когда у государства другой статус и другой порядок. Меня оштрафовали за эту информацию. Я считаю, что это незаконно, это информирование общественности".

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
