Сегодня на очереди новый рецепт центральноазиатской кухни — туркменская дограма. Повар из Туркмении Бахар Нияз, которая и поделилась роликом, о блюде отзывается так:
«Дограма — самое главное национальное блюдо туркмен, с которого начинается любое наше торжество!»
Дограма в переводе с туркменского — «крошево». Происхождение названия предельно понятно — ведь две трети всего блюда занимает раскрошенная лепёшка чурек-петир — плотный и бездрожжевой пресный хлеб.
