Под застройку попадает комплекс доходных домов конца 19 века, который перепрофилирован в административные здания. В одном из них сейчас размещается офис девелопера. В границах участка также расположены административные здания, построенные в 1917 и 1995 году. Комплекс доходных домов не является объектом культурного наследия, но имеют статус ценного градоформирующего объекта.
