Не успели MR Group начать продажи в ЖК Veer, как уже получили разрешение на строительство нового жилого комплекса по соседству.

ЖК SET состоит из трех разновысотных башен, от 18 до 59 этажей, объединенных стилобатной частью и 3-этажного офисно-досугового центра.
Башни рассчитаны на 1281 квартир от 22 до 120 м².

Комплекс будет построен по адресу: Верейская улица, вл. 29.

Архитектурный проект разработан бюро СПИЧ.
