Однако РФ исходит из того, что под решением территориальной проблемы должно подразумеваться признание де-факто существующей границы, так как из-за обновленной Конституции РФ ни о каких уступках речи быть не может.
Так Захарова ответила на заявления Японии, что правительство страны сохраняет курс на решение территориального спора и заключение мирного договора.
