Издание Berliner Zeitung предположило, что сумма, которую ЕС передаст Украине, может составить рекордные 700 миллиардов евро.
Также сегодня премьер-министр Великобритании пообещал направить в Украину британские войска для обеспечения гарантии прекращения огня.
