Насколько я помню, совместная репарационная комиссия, которая пересчитывала долги ФРГ перед ГДР благополучно скончалась после аншлюса последней. Как бы нет страны – нет долгов.

Тут можно даже накрутить конспирологии. Бонн потому формировал поглощение ГДР, что без этого в воздухе повисал вопрос с потенциальная задолженность в размере 1 трлн марок перед социалистическим Берлином. Ну и, конечно же, вставали бы вопрос о ликвидации промышленного потенциала востока, идущих там реформах и приватизации.
