В инциденте с жестоким поведением по отношению к 62-летнему лицу с ограниченными возможностями, произошедшем в Владивостоке, был задержан молодой человек из Якутии, возрастом 20 лет.
Сведения о происшествии всплыли в социальных медиа, что позволило правоохранительным органам определить, кто стоит за совершенным деянием.
После этого было инициировано уголовное преследование в соответствии с первой частью статьи 213 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации, касающейся действий хулиганского характера.
