Глава Минфина заявил, что техническая работа по выделению средств начнется сразу после публикации коммюнике G7, а Киев был привлечен к решению этого вопроса и подготовил ряд условий:
- Помощь должна быть получена уже в этом году; - Деньги должны предоставляться без предварительных условий; - Киев направит финансы на любые цели и расходы, в которых нуждается Украина.
