В холодильных установках и на помещениях не было термометров. На самих пакетах с мясом отсутствовали маркировки и ярлыки, инвентарь для фасовки мяса тоже был с нарушениями.
Как уже было известно ранее, предприниматель не имел ветеринарных сертификатов на мясо. У всех сотрудников фирмы взяли анализы, с оборудования и продуктов специалисты собрали смывы. Все пробы отправили на лабораторную экспертизу.
Против предпринимателя завели уголовное дело по части 1 статьи 238 УК «Производство и хранение товаров, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности». Ему грозит до двух лет лишения свободы.
