Единственный проход под дорогой опять затопило, никакого общественного транспорта к спортивному объекту не предусмотрено, а мэрия предлагает делать крюк в два километра пешком. В итоге люди как бегали через трассу, так и бегают.
Это как долго ещё продолжаться будет? Не пора ли навести порядок с этим «техническим» и, видимо, случайно заасфальтированным тоннелем, который раз за разом оказывается под водой?

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Founder Pavel Durov says tech is meant to set you free WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
