Ветхое здание №120г, расположенное в 6 микрорайоне города, уже давно требовало сноса, поскольку у дома большие проблемы с конструктивными элементами. Аварийным его признали ещё в октябре 2019 года, но руки у властей до него дошли только сейчас.
Очевидно, что чиновники очень испугались за то, постройка может в любой момент рухнуть, поэтому так резко активизировались и решили отселить людей как можно скорее.
На этот раз властям удалось избежать трагедии, но если так затягивать со сносом и переселением жителей, то не исключено, что может случиться ЧП. Тем более, что таких аварийных зданий в Тобольске хоть отбавляй.
