С 2016 года в Таганроге ведется серийный выпуск многоцелевого самолета-амфибии нового поколения Бе-200.

Летно-технические характеристики позволяют использовать её для пожаротушения, оказания экстренной помощи в районах стихийных бедствий, поиска и спасения на море, санитарных и грузовых перевозок, мониторинга окружающей среды, также рассматривается возможность создания версии для пассажирских перевозок.

Бе-200ЧС может взять на борт 12 тонн воды. Самолет имеет хорошую производительность по количеству сбросов воды за один час. За одну заправку топливом самолет способен сбросить на очаг пожара до 270 тонн воды

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
