Генплан спроектирован с расчетом на прирост Ульяновска до 660 тысяч человек к 2045 году. Обеспеченность горожан жилплощадью предлагают повысить в 1,5 раза. В том числе распределить под застройку сельхозземли. Но в горархитектуре не согласны: настаивают на реновации уже застроенных территорий, в том числе Нижней Террасы, чтобы не тратиться на прокладку дорог и инженерной инфраструктуры.
В росте населения усомнился даже депутат Гвоздев. Коллеги его поддержали: Моргачев высказал сомнения в возможности расширения многих улиц, Шерстнев – в том, что общественные обсуждения проекта пройдут честно.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts.
