«Союз 24 февраля» предлагает не только инициировать переход литературных работников и союзов в сферу влияния Министерства культуры, но и провести аудит деятельности Департамента государственной поддержки периодической печати и книжной индустрии Минцифры с анализом расходования бюджетных средств за последние три года. Мы просим рассмотреть и кадровые вопросы, которые также давно назрели.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting.
