Председателем секций стал ректор ПСТГУ и ПСТБИ Преосвященный Мефодий. Владыка выступил с докладом о духовничестве в современности, а затем свои исследования о пастырстве представили декан @bf_pstbiпрот. Павел Хондзинский, проректор по стратегическому развитию ПСТГУ прот. Николай Емельянов и доцент кафедры практического богословия свящ. Алексий Черный.

Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
