Тефтелев выступил в суде сегодня. Он пошел на сделку со следствием, полностью признал свою вину во взяточничестве и дал показания на других чиновников, включая бывшего челябинского вице-губернатора Руслана Гаттарова и нынешнего мэра Котову. По информации URA.RU, показания, данные экс-главой Челябинска на действующего градоначальника, не подтвердились. Тем не менее, на основании слов Тефтелева силовики возбудили сразу два уголовных дела.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
