Более того, установленный тариф предполагает, что чем больше площадь жилья, тем больше жителям края придется платить, вне зависимости от того, сколько отходов они произвели.
Следует признать, что тариф откровенно завышен, но снизить его уже вряд ли получится. Вопрос теперь в том, куда будут уходить деньги хабаровчан. Видимо, в карманы земляков Дегтярева.
