Обыски оперативники ФСБ и МВД провели и в Комитете по промышленной политике - он курирует работу этого фонда.
◼️По мнению правоохранителей, в 2021 году между Смольным и Фондом было заключено соглашение, в рамках которого за 23 млн Фонд должен был создать в Петербурге порядка 10 центров, оказывающих услуги предпринимателям по принципу "одного окна".
Между тем, обязательства Фонд не выполнил, а освоение денег обосновал недостоверными отчётами.
Учредителем Фонда числится Комитет имущественных отношений.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys.
