Компания депутата Заксобрания Ленобласти Александра Рязанова "Солнечный город" (у него там формально - четверть капитала) застроит жильём 57 га в Кузьмолово - возле местного кладбища.
По условиям договора КРТ с властями, вложить в проект нужно не менее 70 млрд рублей.
Откуда деньги - понятно, бизнес-партнёром выступает Мераб Худоев.
Господин Худоев - человек, которого называют "авторитетным бизнесменом", и который вполне себе официально прослеживается учредителем различных юрлиц вместе с "легендами Бандитского Петербурга" Геннадием Петровым и Леонидом Христофоровым.
