По результатам рассмотрения было возбуждено 4209 дел, а также выдано 1921 предписание об устранении нарушений. Антимонопольщики вынесли 2202 постановления о штрафах.
Чаще всего нарушения касались рекламы по сетям электросвязи, финансовых услуг и наружной рекламы. Меньше случаев было выявлено в сфере медицинской рекламы, недобросовестной рекламы и рекламы ценных бумаг.
