Поясняю, что подразумеваю под пиар-стратегией. Это некий документ, в котором прописаны: • название компании/бренда • цель деятельности и решаемые задачи для достижения цели •миссия: для чего эта цель и реализация задач •смыслы: кому полезна деятельность и что приносит • пиар-инструментарий, используя который, мы коммуницируем со своей аудиторией и передаем все вышеперечисленные составляющие
Итог всей пиар-стратегии: наша компания/бренд у аудитории ассоциируется именно со всеми прописанными нами составляющими
Сложная ли это работа? Не всегда. Сложно только если клиент (компания/бренд) сам не понимает всех своих составляющих. Для пиарщика это обыденная работа, как операция для хирурга. Только в процессе использования пиар-инструментария, как скальпеля, может пойти что-то не так. Но это уже другая история.
