Поставлены хорошие вопросы о ветеринарной и продовольственной безопасности, в частности, по птице. Прилагаю перечень ветеринарных правил по борьбе с болезнями птиц – более 90% датируются 60-90-ми прошлого века, по ряду отсутствуют вообще – зато они находятся в перечне по регионализации.
Вопросов много: 1. Как такое возможно, что правил нет, а регионализация есть? 2. Как осуществлять профилактику болезней и лечение птицы, если нет основополагающих ветеринарных правил? Что делать фермерам? Ветеринарного образования у них нет, «сами придумать» - как это делают на крупных птицеводческих предприятиях, они не могут. 3. Как реализовывать национальный проект «Кадры в АПК», если основополагающая база для подготовки ветеринарных врачей разработана более 50 лет назад?!
