Сегодня вынес вердикт суд Московского р-на Бреста по событиям 9 августа 2020. Он счел Бабича Александра и Шабалюка Михаила виновными в сопротивлении сотрудникам милиции и применении насилия и угрозы насилия (ч.2 ст.363 УК). За это судья Бреган Е.А. назначил наказание в виде лишения свободы с отбыванием в колонии общего режима, для Бабича три с половиной года, для Шабалюка - три года.
