По данным брестской "Весны", Позднякова Дмитрия Анатольевича судили 8, 14, 20 и 23 ноября 2023. Суд проходил в закрытом режиме. Согласно расписанию суда, дело рассматривал судья Брестского облсуда Андрей Лещенко.
Как обнаружило издание "Наша Ніва", Поздняков когда-то служил в 38-й отдельной гвардейской десантно-штурмовой бригаде. Впоследствии Дмитрий работал военкомом в Брестской военной комендатуре, а также преподавал на военном факультете БрГУ. Имеет звание подполковника.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
