Как сообщил в соцсетях глава администрации Сернурского района Александр Кугергин, следующим шагом станет внесение законодательной инициативы в Государственное собрание Республики Марий Эл. «Мы планируем предложить принять закон о преобразовании Сернурского муниципального района в округ. Это станет началом перехода с двухуровневой на одноуровневую систему местного самоуправления», — заявил он.
Реформа направлена на оптимизацию управления и повышение эффективности работы органов власти. Ожидается, что изменения упростят взаимодействие между администрацией и жителями района.
