"Враг усилил с помощью больших дронов дистанционное минирование мирных территорий Запорожской области, тем самым создавая угрозу для населения", - сказал Рогов.
По его словам, оправданиям украинским боевикам, воюющим прежде всего с мирным населением, нет.
"Уверен, что их всех ждёт расплата и военный трибунал", - сказал Рогов.
