Информация об итогах встречи в Стамбуле «так или иначе будет представлена», отмечали в Кремле. По словам официального представителя российского МИДа Марии Захаровой, переговоры проходили «на экспертном уровне» и должны приблизить стороны «к преодолению возникших разногласий» и «укреплению мер доверия».
