Во-вторых, задачи бывают разные. Бывает креатив, бывает рутина, бывает серьезный стратегический запрос с аналитикой и бла бла бла, но факт есть факт — все эти задачи требуют разного подхода.
К сожалению, всем приходится работать по ночам. И я часто оставляю работу с текстами на вечер, когда меня никто не будет отвлекать. Но я точно знаю, что вычитывать аналитику и писать стратегии ночью — плохая идея, а вот ночной креатив — норм.
Но все это не важно. Мой подход не про разовые задачи, которые сделаны хорошо или плохо. Я считаю, что те несколько часов вечером, что можно пожить жизнь — ее нужно жить. Потому что ничего хорошего от сотрудников, которые работают по вечерам — я не жду. Сегодня он перформит, а завтра он сгорел. Вот и все:)
