В полиции поделились, что система работает автоматически, фиксируя нарушения с помощью камер высокой четкости и программного обеспечения. Полученные данные передаются в единую базу, где обрабатываются и служат основанием для привлечения водителей к ответственности.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
