Дважды судимый житель Нижневартовска вернулся в тюрьму из-за того, что напился с другом. Ранее он смог договориться на принудительные работы, однако не вернулся к указанному сроку и был объявлен в розыск. Теперь он продолжит отбывать свое наказание в тюрьме. Об этом сообщает официальный телеграм-канал судов общей юрисдикции ХМАО «Суды Югры».
«Мужчине был разрешен выезд из исправительного центра для обязательного медосмотра при трудоустройстве. При проведении розыскных мероприятий сотрудниками уголовно-исполнительной системы осужденный был выявлен с признаками опьянения. Мужчина пояснял, что столкнулся приятелем. „Встречу“ они отметили алкоголем», — сказано в сообщении канала.
