В июле 2024 года сотрудниками ОП № 4 МУ МВД России «Якутское» в отношении ночного клуба «21» составлены 3 протокола по ст. 3.5 КоАП РС(Я) (нарушение тишины и покоя граждан), по которым Административной комиссией назначены штрафы на сумму 750 000 руб., вынесены представления об устранении нарушений закона и в дальнейшем клуб Якутским городским судом привлечен к ответственности за неисполнение представлений. В результате, в октябре клуб прекратил свою деятельность.

В ноябре 2024 года сотрудниками ОП № 1 МУ МВД России «Якутское» в отношении ночного клуба «Бакс» составлены 3 протокола по ст. 3.5 КоАП РС(Я). До заседания Административной комиссии клуб прекратил свою деятельность, в связи с чем ограничились предупреждениями.
