Пока на улице лютует январь, делимся полезными советами, как не отморозить себе нос и щёки в такую погоду.
🔹 Забудьте о тонкой подошве обуви, коротких куртках и лёгких платьях. Одевайтесь по погоде. 🔹 Обязательно закрывайте уши и лицо. На этих участках кожа более чувствительна. 🔹 Откажитесь от алкоголя. 🔹 Полноценно питайтесь. Отдавайте предпочтение горячим блюдам. 🔹 Не носите на морозе металлические украшения. 🔹 Отпуская ребёнка на улицу, помните, что каждые 15-20 минут ему нужно возвращаться греться.
