Вслед за этим соглашением, вчера были достигнуты договоренности с Сомали о разведке и добыче углеводородов у берегов страны. В рамках этого соглашения сейсморазведочное судно Oruç Reis в конце сентября отправится в Сомали.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
