Так возможно могли бы сегодня выглядеть русские парни и девушки из Центральной России, если бы у нас не было форсированной насильственной вестернизации и модернизации, которые сами по себе не являются проблемой, если происходят гармонично и постепенно.

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
